This month we wanted to recognize and celebrate one of PRO-TECH’s long-time employees – Patricia “Patty” Suarez. Patty has been with the company for 15 years and has brought her wonderful energy, smiles and giggles to the company from day one.
Patty is one of those people who quickly raises her hand to help out wherever she’s needed and has worked in so many different areas of the company that she knows how all of the pieces connect. She started her PRO-TECH career in sewing and has also worked in the cleanroom, in packaging, and in the kitting department. Today she is a Post-Pack Lead in our Borate building, where she makes sure that product coming back from the sterilizer is inspected, re-packed and shipped out to customers with a keen attention to detail and quality.
One of the things that Patty appreciates most about the company is the trust her managers have in her and their support in helping her continue to learn and grow. She is grateful for the opportunities that PRO-TECH has given her, and in response, her dedication and commitment to the company and our customers is evident.
She is also one of the first to hit the dance floor during company parties and her positive spirit pulls others out as well. When she’s not salsa dancing, hiking or hanging out with her kids, she’s often helping PRO-TECH take care of our customers and we are very grateful to have her as part of our team. Thank you Patty!
