One of the core operating principals at PRO-TECH Design is Customer First. We take great pride in providing personal, responsive service to all of our customers. And, to that end, we are excited to announce that we have reorganized our customer service department to dedicate even more focus to meeting and exceeding our customers’ needs.
We enhanced the structure of the department by adding a new leadership position, and we found the perfect candidate in-house with our own Marlene Vasquez! Effective immediately, she will lead the team as our new Customer Service Supervisor.
Marlene has worked with nearly all of our customers since joining PRO-TECH six years ago, and she brings a great understanding of their business and of PRO-TECH’s internal operations. Customers continually praise her “speedy” response to their requests and they appreciate her commitment to the success of their projects. She loves taking care of her customers and will share that enthusiasm and dedication with the entire team in her new role.
